Meet the Founder
Matthew Holley
Founder & Lead Systems Architect
Creative Director, 3D artist, and photographer turned AI systems builder. I spent years watching small businesses get handed generic websites and disappear into the noise — overcharged by agencies that didn't understand their revenue goals.
I built Holley Studio to fix that. And I built Thesmos — a 1,075-rule open-source code governance engine — because the AI tools I use every day generate fast code with predictable security holes. Every project gets scanned before it ships to you.

We're building the service business first. The platform comes after we've sold the manual version repeatedly and proven the playbook.
